"Wait was long. I can be sympathetic with long waits, but we had empty drinks the entire dinner, wait staff forgot parts of the food, and the food was not even average. It'd be okay if we waited 45 minutes for the food& it was done well and correctly, but that wasn't the case. Will definitely never return to this location."

"-1 star, second time coming over and last time! The worst Applebee’s I have ever been to! Even my 8 years old niece told me”this restaurant is bad aunt, I don’t want to come over anymore( we go out once a month)” first time it was with my son the services was so bad as well we did wait a long time to be served, after we got a free dessert lol…today we waited 17minutes for someone to come over to the table, to make it better I order Bourbon steak got a Ribeye… order original buffalo got barbecue chicken…hamburger without onion got it with onion…dessert to go they warmed it up…Had to pay $85 for the lowest services ever at least the first time they kind of show they were not happy and gave me a free dessert but this time ooohhh boy, even the hostess was rude! Very very bad service! I kind of felt sorry for the waitress even know at the end I see she was trying so hard but she had so many tables that it was so sad to see how overwhelming she was! Will not go back at all…very bad management for sure!!Bye Applebee’s will stay away!!!!"
