"I was put on hold for 10 minutes as the person was working on multiple orders which is frustrating but okay. The annoying bit was when the person finally got back on the phone. the statement was “Place your order really fast as I have others waiting” the tone was outrageous in my opinion. The tone and statement itself made me mad enough to not place the order today (and I don’t know if I will anytime soon) and compelled me to write them a review.Have been an avid supporter of this local business and they haven’t been the best with service but food has been good so it was okay but they need to work on how to talk to a customer who btw was understanding enough to be on hold."
