"Thursday 04/27/23 @5:30pmFirst I want to Thank everyone who left outstanding reviews on this restaurant for they led me to try it today and it was just like you said … Outstanding!I had the Bun Bo Hue which is the hot and spicy noodle soup with beef and pork along with two of their fresh summer rolls.All of the food was outstanding and the service was unheard of for I was able to meet Vin and had an enjoyable conversation with him as he described how that he cooks as his Mother taught him and the long hours taken to make a pot of the broth for the soup and no MSG’s are ever used in it.It was a pleasure meeting Vin for you can really tell that he loves what he does and has a passion for it.There aren’t many places around like this anymore and I will most definitely be making regular visits here.Next time I’ll try the P2 Pho Beef noodle soup with sliced round steak and brisket.Your missing out on true authentic food here if you haven’t tried it."
