"The restaurant was completely overbooked. There were a number of issues: 1. There were two sittings 18.00 to 19.30 and 19.30. We opted for the 18.00 sitting. 2. There were too many patrons per sitting for the size of the retaurant. 3. Patrons had the choice of a fixed menu or a la carte. This put too much strain on the kitchen. There should not have been an option, one or the other. 4. Staff were extremely stressed. 5. Wrong food was continually being delivered to the wrong tables. 6. We took the option of the fixed menu. Unbeknown to us, there were 5 starters and entrees and we were only expecting 3. Therefore, we did not feel like the man course or desert. 7. We had not received both servings of the main course by 19.30, so we decided to take away one main course and the desert as the 19.30 patrons were waiting for our table."
