"Since I was born until the age of 18 my dads “go to” take out dinner was Thai. Our favourite meal was chicken Penang with coconut rice. we only ever went to one shop called “The Thai Orchid” in Brisbane and they made the most amazing, moist, coconut rice you’d ever have in your life. It was addictive. The shop ended up moving. We tried other places but nothing was ever the same, always bland and dry. I’m now 28 and tonight I had your coconut rice and it took me straight back to my childhood and well missed memories. You guys really nailed it on the head. I had the most amazing meal tonight and I’m utterly in awe how delicious it is. 1000% will be ordering from you again and recommend you. your quality of food is amazing."
