"My partner and I have been coming to Simply Thai for a few years now and the food is consistently good. The owner Sandy is literally one of the nicest ladies you will ever meet. She really values her customers and will go above and...beyond to accomodate you. She greets us like old friends and is always so happy to see you. She has stayed open after closing time just to cook our food after we have accidently ordered late at night. She even gave us free food on Christmas Eve! We could not believe her kindness and generosity, which can be a rare occurrence in this day and age. It was literally almost worth of food for free. I have tried a few places in Coolangatta but nothing compares to Simply Thai and we will be going back time and time again. She does the best coconut rice, chicken satay skewers and spring rolls YUM!!!"
