"Poor experience starting with the hostess. Had a 7.30 reservation and was told they are running behind 45 minutes. The hostess left her area to seat people and kept the line waiting only to tell the quests that they are behind in seating. She took my number and said we will call you. We then walked over to J Alexander’s next door and asked them with a walk in how long is the wait. Respectfully with a smile she said 45 minutes. Well we waited at J Alexander’s and then were seated and still didn’t hear from PF Chang’s till much later. Will not return to PF Chang’s until they get their staff in order."

"The food is always incredible! Clean and full of flavor. They packaged the sweet and sour wok with care. There was a layer of plastic wrap and a plastic bag around the container to prevent the sauce from spilling. I also recommend the veggie dumplings and egg rolls. So good!"

"I took my family for a lovely dinner last week. This place is run by a family. Food is authentic. Every morsel is flavorful. Excellent service, all the employees were wearing masks and proper PPE to fight the pandemic. Let me break down the food. We ordered Chicken Satay for appetizer. Chicken was perfectly seasons and grilled., so soft and melting. Ordered Pad Kee Mao with Shrimp (Flat rice noodles) and Tofu with Veggies in garlic sauce. Loved the flat rice noodles., they add more veggies and shrimp and just a handful of rice noodles., think I made an excellent choice. Tofu and veggies in garlic Sauce was also very flavorful. Chef came out in person and inquiring is an added personal touch. This place is highly recommended, they have a small indoor dining and opens up outdoor for dinner. You won't regret visiting this place."
