"My first time getting takeout at Jin's and I absolutely loved it! I went with the spicy chicken pad thai so I haven't tried the Chinese or Japanese options just yet but the pad thai was super delicious. It wasn't as spicy as I'd hoped but it was still really enjoyable and I will definitely be coming back to try sushi or their Chinese food. EDIT: Okay so since the last review I've come back and asked for extra extra spicy chicken pad thai and they did not disappoint. I just finished eating and my mouth is on fire, may need to call the fire department. It was totally worth it though, so delicious. I love this place and the staff have always been super friendly! I cannot wait until they open the dining room again so I can go in and eat there with others! I've been back a ton since my last review and have not been disappointed once, just need to let them know more I can handle extra extra spicy."

"Served for lunch and served a terrible meal. I ordered the General Tso's Shrimp and received General Tso's Chicken instead. I told the waitress and then after only 5 minutes, a plate of soggy and warm (not hot) General Tso's Shrimp was served with very muddy Fried Rice and room temperature chicken fingers. The fried rice was almost like potatoes. The food quality is gone!!!! I visited this restaurant and for years? when it was known? Jackies Galaxy?. I will never return and wanted to speak with you my experience because I never have any excuses, only contradictions!"

"I moved back to this area 22 years ago. Began eating at Banana Leaf soon after. I believe there have been a series of 3 owners and 4 managers. The friendliest and most professional left about 10 years ago. The current team team is not customer friendly. I used to frequent this place 2-3 times a week. Recently it is 2-3 times a month. On a Friday, I ordered 2 take out lunch portions of Thai cashew chicken, with just enough time to eat before going to work the evening shift. My wife opened her container a was about to dig in when she found what appeared to be a hair in the food. We returned to The Leaf and I showed the cashier the uneaten dish and asked for a refund. She went to the kitchen, returned, and said wait five minutes . I asked why I had to wait for a refund. She said she was replacing the meal. While I would have been satisfied with this, my wife had lost her appetite AND I did not have time to wait for another meal to be prepared. She again went to the kitchen and said only 3 minutes . I told her I would be back another time. Two days later, I stopped in and asked for the replacement meal. This time she said the lunch portions are not available on Sunday. I could accept this if I was making a new order, but I only wanted what I paid for two days prior. They have gotten their last dollar from this customer. It is not surprising that the parking lot only has 1 or 2 cars and the tables are nearly empty. The menu is good, prices are reasonable, but the service is poor enough to drive away a customer who visited several hundred times in the past when the staff treated clients well."
