"Great food as always. Fresh,great flavor.tom yam soup is excellent. All the other options are hard to decide which is best. Mango pudding is a must. Great to have a healthy flavorful option for any meal. Great vegetarian and gluten free options. Owners are the best. I feel like I am visiting family.never disappointed. Healthy feel good choices."

"We have eaten here today and I have published pictures of our meals: vegan pad Thai with tofu and vegan creamy curry noodles with tofu. We were very impressed by the fresh high-quality ingredients. The staff was very knowledgeable and clear about vegan options. There is a vegan section in the menu and everything is clearly marked. The spices are also vegan. Nice mood! A bit expensive but will definitely return!!! Our order came to about $43 with these 2 dishes. We recommend this place very much!"

"I had lunch today at the Saigon Noodle House which was my first visit to the location.I figured it would be easiest to summarize my visit in point form:- easy to get to;- easy to park;- decor was ok- service was good;- meal was decent. "It is definitely my favourite place to eat in Fredericton. The food is absolutely delicious, and it is all vegan/vegetarian friendly. If you do want to add meat it is also an option.My favourite meals are the Asian orange bowl, the black bean burrito and the goat cheese/beet sandwich."
