"Waste of money. Boba was the consistency of old overcooked potatoes. It was grainy and would literally fall apart in your month. The flavor of the taro boba was more water than taro. I spent 5 dollars on the drink just to throw it away. Don't get boba here, I don't know about their food but I haven't heard great things. There are way better placed in GR that's for sure."

"Nice staff, super reasonable waits for food etc. Convenient Eastown location and good parking out back. Varied selection re food and drinks, but the food is a bit hit or miss. Great and popular fries, warm goat cheese app was popular at the table. Chicken tenders tended bit overdone. Burgers were pretty disappointing, esp at the price: beyond the char, lacking in flavor (seasoning), and unpalatable frequent connective tissue. At basically 100 for a table of 3, while I would pop in for a drink and an app, I don’t think its a compelling offering on quality versus price."

"I visited Angel’s Thai Cafe for a late lunch and I really wanted some Thai food. The cafe is not huge so I was glad to visit late in the afternoon around 2 I had the place to myself. My wait staff was prompt in providing a greeting, water and menu she was helpful in pointing out options that are appropriate for vegan. She checked on me often and refilled water upon request. I chose to create my own stir fry, lunch portion you select your protein, noodle/rice, veggies, seasoning, nuts (optional) and spice level (optional). The portion was good and cost $10.59 tip. I don’t eat out often at lunch so the cost was okay for what I got however for some the portion might not be viewed as a value."

"We (a party of 3) went to the Kitchen Counter after the River Bank Run for breakfast. Two of us had variations of the American Breakfast; the food came quickly and was delicious (see photo). However, the third person's order was lost, so she had to wait for them to start over with her Mushroom and Spinach Omelet. The omelet was good when it got to her, but we were already done eating by then. We will need to try the restaurant again it was probably a fluke, based on their good reputation."
