"The new owners/ chef have taken this restaurant to a whole new level! The food is amazing, delicious and hot to the last mouthful. The staff are friendly and attentive and knowledgeable about the food . There is so much to choose from but Weeping tiger is always a favourite ! My husband had the massaman lamb shank..just superb."

"Unfortunately although the food was fine the whole experience was very rushed. Booked for 10pm at which point they confirmed we could keep the table for two hours. On arrival at 9.35pm we were told that we had to order everything straightaway including starters. We were then told about an hour later that the restaurant was about to close. Starters are not starters if served at the same time as mains! It should be made clear when booking that meals ordered after 9pm have to be eaten quickly and the table vacated by 11pm. Disappointed in the experience."

"Visited the Thai restaurant which is part of the pub for the first time and we’re not disappointed. The restaurant was busy both with seated customers and people arriving to collect take aways. Staff were obviously rushed off their feet but all took time to be polite and welcoming. The food was some of the best Thai food I’ve had outside of Thailand and portions were generous. Looking forward to a return visit in the not too distant future."

"Panoramic. Great location on top of car park on top of a hill! Fab Thai food and if you're visiting in summer try one of the sheltered outside locations. Service good and my only complaint is that the tables can be too close for comfort to the extent that you can't help but follow your neighbour's conversation! Also try its parent up by the old Civic Hall."
