"The bowl of the soup is HUGE! The cream cheese in sushi is so creamy, and the tackiness of rice is on site. I would recommend this place! My husband and I broke in for a bite, and we had a great first impression from the restaurant."

"Thai food! Sala Thai. Maybe not the greatest name. Wow. Exceptional decor with the bamboo tables and chairs. Nice. Only a few places go that far for their decor. Nicely done. To top it off, they have great thai food. Why is this place so empty? This place is your hole in the wall. Omg! Come try this place!! You will not be disappointed. Order Savory red curry and mouth watering pad thai . I would come every day if this place was close to me. Crazy good. I have learned this place is over 12 years old. Where have I been? Not here for sure. Authentic thai food. The food taste like it should. Not watered down. Perfect. They give your plenty of white rice without charging you. Great Lake Orion. You have a gem restaurant here. Omg!! Hint: Strictly owned by thai people. Keep it authentic. Highly recommended"

"We have now eaten here several times and tried different items each time. We have enjoyed all of it! I am appreciative that they offer a mild v. a mild plus. Normally I cannot eat Thai anymore due to even the mild being to robust for me, but they are spot on each time with the mild level of heat. They are a little light on the protein portion so if you like it meatier add extra. The flavors though are amazing- much better Thai here than other local places. I just wish it was closer to Lapeer! They offer both dine in and takeout."

"I can say that my family and I have traveled far and wide for Thai food. Frequently traveling from Michigan to Montana, we are always on the search for good Thai cuisine. Its awesome that we no longer have to travel too far (40min) after finding this tiny spot after visiting a family member in Orion. We all agree, hands down unanimously,, this is the most authentic and best Thai food we've had. Even though there's been a price increase, the portions are far worth the money. The owners are so incredibly personal, they have gotten to know us so well that usually all i have to do is mention my name and they know my favorites, heat preference and even special accommodations. They even remembered my birthday. We will go nowhere else. Thanks for making us feel like family. I give this place 100 stars!! -Dee"
