"Ordered online; then received a call to say various standard items out of stock refused to refund for items not available. Then arrived to collect at time confirmed only to have to wait a further 20 minutes. Barely any meat or veggies in food, just stodgy noodles. Really overpriced for what was provided. Absolutely awful customer experience all round."

When asked if we were happy with our food, we stated that the portions were tiny, and that we would not be returning. After 5 minutes, a discount card was given to us for our next visit, despite us stating categorically, that we wouldn't be returning."

"We ordered a takeaway, if we had eaten in I would have returned some of the food. Thai fish cakes, had a weird texture a bit like tofu no evidence of actual fish. They were not freshly made, more like the bought in frozen type. Pad Thai, noodles were stodgy and were clumped together..worst I have ever had, however the sauce provided in a little pot was delicious. Mussels were excellent, sauce was vey nice and green curry was good but very sweet."

"We ordered a large takeaway to celebrate my husbands birthday today. We asked for two of the meals to be very mild as they were for a pregnant woman and a teenager. We expected the meals we ordered to have some spice but of the 8 meals we ordered 4 of them were so hot they were inedible. We added some natural yoghurt to try cool them down but they were so spicy even that didn’t work. We ended up throwing most of it away. We complained to the restaurant sighting that we’d asked for mild meals and pointing out that their website did not show that some of the meals ordered contained chilli. Although they offered to replace the meals we couldn’t eat we felt that we could not face the possibility of more chilli. It was a shame as the meals looked and smelt delicious, they were just so very hot because of the amount of chilli used."
