"Came in on New Year's Eve for lunch with my buddy. We were the only ones here. We got the Thai nachos and Nicks noodles with beef, and a few of the tall draft beers. The server was quick an attentive and the food came super fast. I will definitely return. I have passed by this spot multiple times and always wondered if was good now I know. I will return soon to try some of the other interesting menu options and beers."

"The food here is delicious! It's Thai merged with California. I had a cook special big flat noodle dish with the tofu. The vegetables were just cooked slightly crispy, the sauce was savory and the tofu was tasteful with a slightly crispy skin. Tofu is hard to cook and that was delicious. The price for three was a bit high, but we all had a Thai iced tea that was $5 per piece. So I suggest you spend an extra 15 on the food and drink water."

"My wife and I lived in Thailand for years. We looked for good Thai food when we moved back to Petaluma. We finally found it! Though some of the menu items are chinese not Thai.. We found that all the actual Thai dishes were legit! Totally the same spice not as spicy as Thailand but great! The taste, even the mixings of the curries and other dishes were spot on to some places in Thailand that were great! Such a great spot to have near our house! Thank you Lemon Grass Thai for actually serving Thai food"

"Thai Essence was recommended by a friend of mine, so I decided to give them an attempt. Wow! I'm glad I did. I had the Panang Curry recommended by the waiter and it was delicious. You can really taste the difference and authenticity of their foods from their curry sauce to their vegetables. I was told the owner/Koch Phang came here to bring his unique recipes to Petaluma. I look forward to coming back and trying the next court! I recommend an attempt. Plus the owners very nice and came out to welcome me. I love this service."

"Great Thai food! I 'm always on the look out for crispy tofu as a dish and this place had their own version. It was delicious and a great way to start a meal. We also ordered the Basil Chicken and Pad Thai, both were tasty and the portions were generous. Might be a bit on the mild side so be sure to ask for hot sauce on the side to adjust the spice to your liking. The staff are friendly and they made take-out a breeze."
