"If you are debating where to eat- CHOOSE THIS RESTAURANT! Truly the best meal I’ve ever had in Steamboat, and frankly one of the best Thai meals I’ve had in the US, period. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the duck curry. Or any of the curries, frankly. The curry puffs are perfectly fried, and SO flavorful. And for those that don’t enjoy spice, there are “zero spice” options for every dish. Will be returning here every ski season, every summer season, and every season.Vegetarian options: Tofu, veggie, and vegan options available.Kid-friendliness: It just is!Dietary restrictions: There are vegan, vegetarian, non-spicy and gluten free options."

"Really delicious eating with great service. nice to have a healthier option than the usual pizza and fried eating on ski tours. two of us shared the sweet and sour hair, spicy tom suppkhae and satay. we had a few more to go home. there are free 2 hours parking on the property above the road."

"Fantastic experience here! the service was awesome and food was SOO good. tried multiple curries the yellow curry was my personal favorite. also the tom kha soup was so flavorful. i love that with each dish you can choose how spicy you want it on a scale of 1 5. do not miss a chance to eat here!!Food: 5/5"

"We had a great experience at Sumatera. Being from Malaysia, this is the best Asian food I've had in Colorado. Just wish I got to meet the chef. Everything we had was delicious and the whole dining experience was pleasant. This is definitely a place to visit if you're in Steamboat. I know I will be back!"
