"I have been to this restaurant several times and the food is always fairly good. Today’s experience however was so unexpected. With my sister, nieces and nephew, we were a table of 5. The lady server with shorter hair was so obnoxious I actually confronted...her and reminder her that we were out for a pleasant dinner and she didn’t have to be throwing the plates with food into the table. Prior to that when asked for extra sauce for the chicken katsu, she disputed saying to look under the chicken. Yes it was there but we wanted more sauce. There was no acknowledgement. Not sure why unfriendly and unhappy people work in this supposedly customer service industry. The restaurant was not even busy so there were no excuses for the abruptly rude service. After confronting her with her bad service, we had nothing but good service from the rest of the service team. Unfortunately for us, a negative mood was already created. Without asking for it, we were presented with our bill and the grates was included in it. I hope the owner or the manager of this restaurant reads this, and really train the staff, and hire the right team members who are service oriented."

"Had an OK experience at Jack Astor’s for my wife’s birthday. Food and service were good. We came especially for the fajitas and were disappointed to find they have been removed from the menu. Unfortunately we were a party of and were placed in a busy path in the restaurant, my wife’s chair kept being bumped while servers walked by. Noise level was very high on this visit making conversation difficult. We’ve been going to this Jack Astor’s for a while and had many enjoyable family meals, we’ll come again"

"We have eaten a lot here because 90% of the time that eats is great. there was one or two times when it wasn't. the problem is the personal, there is a young man who works there, who is nice, but the cry with the short hair that works most when the time I left is one of the most rude people I have ever met. they get good eating, but they can expect that several things they have paid for missing, and there is a high probability that they throw their spicy or utensil on them. to go back after almost a year because I enjoyed eating so much, I can't take the rudeness anymore and don't come back."

"I have been twice and was impressed with the huge menu. The food was good and inexpensive. They were a little weak on the gluten free food and given that my son had celiac this was very important to me. They did bring him a...dish with soy which contains gluten after which we reluctant to order something else in case they made the same mistake. So he just had rice."

"We live in a small town that has a serious lack of Thai cuisine. Was in the area for some afternoon entertainment and an internet search turned up this restaurant. Not a large fancy storefront but nicely decorated inside. Realistic menu items- lots of choice...but not so much that it becomes confusing. We ordered the Tamarind Beef, Mango Chicken, a Pad Thai and the Green Curry dishes- all were great- topped it off with Sticky Rive with Mango dessert. Would recommend!"

"Went for a last minute dinner. We were in the area. Food was okay, service was good.Big portions, but I rather have smaller portions and better quality example less sauce, I want to taste the food not the sauce. Mango salad was good though :)"

"We were randomly in the Vaughan area and wanted sushi. we're out of town and we're south for the weekend. we came over this jewel of a restaurant and we are beyond the cake. we are food and we love our sushi and let them tell us best sushi we ever had! the different selection of rolls, the aromas, the additional touches, the service and the beauty of the restaurants and decors. 5. we will definitely come back! thanks for a great dinner! bravo!"

"Went to Nottcuts Woodbridge Restaurant for lunch and decided to go for the Sunday roast. Turned out to be a good decision. The meat was cooked to perfection and top marks for the Yorkshire pudding . Plenty of veg and nice roast potatoes. Nice thick gravy followed with a very nice dessert. Staff very friendly and helpful and all came at a very reasonable price . Will def be going again"
