"So happy that we stumbled on this place. Everything I’ve tried had been delicious. It’s about 100km away from home, but I get my husband to pick it up about once a week. Yes, there are Thai restaurants closer to us, but none compare to the quality and quantity you get for the price. You need to order in advance, because they’re busy, but it is totally worth any amount of time you need to wait. My favourite right now is the Peanut sauce curry with a side of steamed rice noodles. It’s enough for 2, but I choose not to share ?"

"My boyfriend and I sat on the patio the evening of Saturday Aug 12. It was a nice atmosphere, and only one other table was out there with us.Our server was friendly but ultimately ineffective. It felt like she kept forgetting about us. Our appetizer came before our drinks, and our side plates/cutlery. There were also multiple times other tables' food was brought to us.I asked to substitute cheddar cheese on my wrap instead of Swiss cheese. She said it was no problem. I got my wrap, and this modification was not met. She apologized, blamed the kitchen, and walked away. I only ate half of it. There was no modification to our bill, no asking if I wanted something else instead, and no manager who came over. As I said, she seemed to have forgotten our table existed, and was very sparse with her check ins.My boyfriend ordered the steak and shrimp, and he thought it was delicious.Overall, nice atmosphere, subpar service, and decent food if made to order and correctly.Dietary restrictions: Almost half the desserts are either vegan or vegetarian friendly."

"So twice I ordered Skip the Dishes from this place and twice I did not get the food. So I am thinking there has to be an issue and maybe they should know about it. The first time I got yelled at It 's not my job call Skip . Well I am not an idiot and I already contacted them, got a refund. When it happened again I already was afraid to call and again I was yelled at and hung up on. DO NOT ORDER SKIP THE DISHES from this restaurant!!! I don 't know what 's up but it 's worth investigating."

"Take away fantastic thai. large selection of appetizers, pasta dishes, currys and more, all reasonably appreciated. the service was fast and well organized. at orders over £20 there were 25.% really delicious eating, well recommended."

"Wish we could visit every day! Excellent little dining establishment in the heart of downtown Whitby. We have visited a few Thai restaurants, but always return to I-Thai. Management is great and so is the staff. Sometimes for take-out there is a bit of a wait, however, the food is worth the wait. Always fresh and hot too! We always have the mango salad and I have the most difficult time ordering a soup other than the spicy beef. The lemon grass is awesome too. I don't think there is a bad choice on the menu.We would prefer a more intimate setting, but most Thai restaurants are pretty much open concept. We have had a couple incidents where we couldn't understand the waitress, but patience is a virtue and she was trying her best"
