It wasn't too tasty for me Modest portions Dirty furniture Flavours weren't delicious enough to make me want to return I really think we need more vegan restaurants! It's a fantastic concept, but more money needs to go into cleanliness and repair to make this a more appealing option"

"There on the Canada Day with my family and there were no tables on the terrace, but we are the only table in the interior. we ordered coffee and breakfast and it probably took at least 15 to 20 minutes for the coffee. almost an hour later our food was not yet in the table and we followed up and they said that there are other people who ordered before us and that there was only one person in the kitchen. so there is literally nothing they can do. we had a small child and we were extremely frustrated that they didn't even tell us that if we sat down, it would be this ridiculous waiting time. we asked ourselves about the bill and they still accused us of the full price for the expensive coffees that would have tasted better if I had made it home. will not come back and would not recommend."

"Prices are above average. It's not worth spending the money. Taste is below average. Typically like a Chop Suey place 30 years ago. Famous Curry, Shanhai Nudel, etc. are exaggerated. The famous King's sauce is lousy unless you're a friend of sweets. The chicken ball is unacceptable, it is cooked with too much flour, and too long."

"Before I come to the food comment at this Pho Pad Thai restaurant, one thing more important than that was never happened in my life I need to bring that up - the staff tricks you on how you paid by credit !!! What happened was that when you ask for a bill and pay by credit card, they brought the remote terminal to you but keyed in "everything" for you - which includes tips of 15% ... so when you are not realizing that, you click accepted thinking it is about the food + taxes amount to start with and then tips...so when I realized that, it was too late to go back and key in PIN. I asked the waitress, she in turns blame me saying "what ?" I said, should the tips amount key in by me instead of you ? The waitress continued to pretend not her fault...! I replied, you are not a honest person...so in my mind, I already said to myself I will never come back and just don't want to get out right now, so I let them robbed my tips. Now let me come to the food portion. On top of the portion of the noodle and meat was considered little, yet the price is not cheap though, which is ok to me at that time until I ask where is my beef tendon , I only see meat...(I ordered a combo) ...then the waitress said ok, I will bring ONE piece for you....at the ended, until I paid the bill, that waitress never comes back and hide from us. Lastly, when we first sat down, right away few waitress coming one after the other asking me what to order...I said to them, I just sat down and please let me read the menu. Then when I am ready, I found no one until few minutes after I keep on watching if they were around. Wow...this was the place I will NOT return and wanted to let other people know this Pho Pad Thai (at Apple Creek in Markham) is "ready" to close the business as they have been operating like that nobody wanted to be treated that way, including themselves if they were the customer I believe."

"Very nice warm cozy environment. I haven't been here in a few years and I think the food used to be better before? The food is still far better than average. The lunch portions are a bit smaller than their neighbouring competitors."
