"We did some business at the Provincial Capitol and chanced upon this restaurant with the ad "home of pancit estacion". The pancit was like pancit malabon with a fist sized topping of mongo sprouts, 2 thin slices of boiled egg, one piece of shrimp, 5 small pieces of pork fat and 4 pieces of chicharon bulaklak. The mongo sprouts was not even cleaned ( you can see the green skin of the mongo seeds on top of your food ) . The grilled chicken sandwich was yucky. All the while I'm expecting that it was chicken spread sandwich that is grilled. But in reality it is lechon manok slices placed in between 2 slices of bread swimming in thousand island dressing then another slice of bread with 2 slices of cucumber and a piece of lettuce again swimming in thousand island dressing. As you bite into the bread you can see the dressing dripping. Yuck. First and last. Never again."
