"Wow, wow, wow! I can't say enough about Mayta's Peruvian Cuisine on Rt. 85 in Frederick! From the second we walked into this lovely little establishment we knew it would be good. The decor is delightful. The staff are warm and welcoming and now... THE FOOD! I got the 1/2 dark meat chicken meal. Absolutely some of the best Peruvian Rotisserie chicken I've ever had. The owner Jorge, made sure our meal was cooked to perfection. He even came back out to our table to ask how we liked it. Melvin, our waiter was so kind and attentive as well. This place is top notch. I will be back, over and over and over again!"

"This is the first time my husband and I have gone to this restaurant. We had a lovely dinner in a very calming atmosphere. The food and service was top notch and we are looking forward to going back again. There are several restaurants in the same shopping center area that one could try. Please try this one and I promise you will not be disappointed that you did. It is nice to go to a restaurant and be so warmly treated and enjoy great food also!!! Our thanks to you."

"This is a great restaurant that serves excellent Mexican and Spanish food. The shrimp and chicken enchiladas were delivered nice and hot and were so delicious. We did not leave any food on our plate. The Sweet Frozen Margaritas were heavenly and tasted great! The service was impeccable. Food and drinks were delivered fast and there was always someone checking on us. The decor is very festive and inviting. Make your way to Cacique and enjoy the dining experience"
