"We went there without reservation and still found a big table after waiting a bit. We were 4 and ordered around 10 12 tapas with a bottle of white wine. All tapas were absolutely delicious, we couldn't wish for more! I highly recommend this place for...the authentic Spanish food, whose high quality will most probably surprise you. The service was so and so, not as good as the food. Some waiters were very professional, others not so customer oriented. But the tapas were served quite fast and all were hot, plus the atmosphere is pleasant and cosy, away from the noisy and crowded city centre. My favourite dish: shrimps in olive oil and garlic (Gambas al ajillo . I really felt like I was eating in Tenerife and not in Switzerland. :"

"Overall hotel is functional, breakfast is varied, and rooms are clean and comfortable. Not in the center of Lucerne but close enough to walk to main attractions. Hotel has kind of an odd Spanish waterfall theme. Cute how they included the waterfall themed book in each room. Had very unpleasant discriminatory interaction with front desk staff that management brushed aside when emailed hence lower star review. Wouldn't stay again because of this but otherwise hotel is clean and comfortable enough that would recommend for travelers willing to take a gamble with rude front desk man. Management I've already had a reply so don't leave one here it's really not needed."

"The staff was so nice and friendly, and even though we had to wait a little (the restaurant was very crowded), they apologized for it and the quality of our meals was worth the wait. We’ll remember this place for our next trip to Lucerne."

"We stopped here for coffee and drinks. Since the weather permitted, we sat outside and thus enjoyed the gorgeous view over the lake and mountains in the backdrop. Our waitress was ever so friendly. We had coffee and iced teas and I loved that they brought us delicious little chocolates. Wonderful experience."
