"We had researched to go to this restaurant for dinner for a family of 5. Great reviews so we thought we were in for a great meal. We couldn’t be so wrong. Bread was stale, aioli had a crisp crust on it like it had been out for days. We ordered. Waitress forgot my husbands starter. Kids spaghetti was just spaghetti in juice about two pieces of meat. The chips I don’t think you could even call chips they were disgusting (probably the easiest thing a restaurant could cook). We ordered the lobster paella for two. Oh my, the lobster was raw, two muscles between us and some dodgy looking meat we couldn’t even stomach. The cutlery and glasses were dirty. I wouldn’t even call the service ‘service’ we might as well not existed. The location has got such great potential but the way that restaurant is run should not even be allowed. We eat out a lot and all over the world, using trip advisor on a monthly basis for our choice of eateries and have never had to write a bad review yet. We felt this has to be done for this place, don’t be fooled by its rating as we did. We would rather have gone to Burger King. Pro: the wine is cheap."
