"Holy Thursday, arrived late from Bilbao Port en route from Ireland to the Algarve. Had booked online and were somehow recognised on sight as we arrive by the lovely lady in charge. Warmly welcomed and advised as regards the amount of food we had ordered..she pointed out that it might be too much for us to eat as the portions were generous. Of course she was correct but we nonetheless ate heartily and enjoyed some very fine Spanish food and Salamanca wine for the first time. This is a very fine and attentive establishment and to be highly recommended. We look forward to returning in the future."

"This was the worst meal I had in Spain for ages. Seriously it was so ridiculous to present a dish with some leaves for salad without olive oil and vinegar, along with a very small taco. It is a shame for the kitchen to present a dish like it was made by a 5 years old kid! Close the kitchen. The only positive thing were the sympathetic waiters. I feel bad for them."

"We are loving Spain but just needed some comfort food. Freshly made burger cooked to order, we were given a pager to let us know when the meal was ready. Three of us ate for under €20 a couple of steps away from the expensive Plaza Major. Restaurant clean, plenty of space... much, much better than the two of the best known American franchises closeby."
