"Just back from a week in Es Cana Ibiza. Took a walk towards the bay and thought we stop for bite to eat. Visited the Solimar from recommendation. It was very busy but we manage to get a table. Food was lovely but we had to wait over hour the service was very slow. If we had been told we had to wait so long we probably would have tried elsewhere. When the food came it was hot service friendly but felt neglected through the evening. When it was time to go we asked for the bill 3 times before we received."

"Food was good and palace was good … but service by waiter a young girl she was rude you can’t attend in that way to the guest… she was really rude… guest is very important you can’t make bad face to guest … We payed bill and waiting for change and we ask her and she told its coming we wait almost 15 minute than we went to counter and ask to get our change and suddenly she open door with very bad manners … the way she open it mean go way from here ..my god how you do with guest.without guest you are nothing … you are there bec of guest and one day if there is no guest you loose your job.. We was very disappointed by her …"
