"We were pleasantly surprised in the decoration and ambience. You wouldn't suspect it from outside the building. We took the insider menu. We are still a little confused about the statement that it is a 6-course menu, but they call 4 courses and serve so. Anyway, the food was fantastic, the service was even better. They made us very welcome and showed much attention to detail. We were a little envious that the tapas are served to other guests and will definitely be back to try them out. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and acquaintances based on our first visit."

"The food is a poem. My mother loves it when family and friends are treated to different tapas. I love the meat and fish dishes, even though there is always enough for my grandmother to eat too. The wines are not all expensive, but they are all good and even better. Conclusion. The wines are also a poem."

"On Wednesday we persons) wanted to eat out, unplanned and spontaneous. That’s a thing which is not really possible in Zürich. Until my friend said, I’ve been meaning to check this place out; Gamper it looks chill, relaxed, fresh and with some smooth...flare... Not thinking we would get a table to our surprise the waiter said: YES we have space as we do not work with reservations! That’s something we found very refreshing and nice! Before I say more, the numbers: -Price: of -Price Quality: of -Food quality: of -Food Presentation: of -Taste: of -Ambiance: of -Service: of -Ease of Reservation: from there is no reservation option just walk in -Wheelchair accessibility: possible at front tables of -Location: of in Kreis We were as mentioned before welcomed with a big smile and got a nice table and were explained the concept course surprise menu for excl. drinks). We were asked if we wanted a glass of pink champagne which was severed in a wine glass however taste amazing. Also we were asked if we wanted olives which we did and they tasted delicious too, the portion was a little small. As starter we had leak terrine with chanterelles and roasted bread which was a treat. Thereafter we were served a soup of decomposed potatoes followed by salsify and wild mushrooms topped with truffle. All delicious. The main was pigeon (leg and breast) beautifully cooked to pink-perfection and served with grilled baby spring unions and pigeon-gravy which was thin yet powerful. For the dessert we choose to take one each which was a choice of Cheeses, which we picked Glarus Cheese and the Rice-pudding dessert with charcoal grilled fennel seeds and blood-orange on Beetroot jus, the latter was not really necessary for the taste I guess it was more for the presentation. We had a bottle of Swiss red wine from the Chablais Region which had a slight smoky flavor which was really refreshing and it had a great smooth after taste Total bill for persons excl. tip. We’ll definitely be coming back again! Dining experience approx."
