"The food is excellent and the inhouse service and staff also excellent. One of the best restaurants in town. Where they fall far short of reasonable expectation is in their takeout service which is a large part of there business as they have few tables. You order a chicken wrap and salad with no onions or no tomatoes. You get a wrap with no onions or tomatoes, but you get your salad with what you specifically requested to be without. After giving them the benefit of the excuse "it must have been new staff etc" , this same issue occurred a few times more over a period of a month or so, each order at least one mistake. Each time a phone call was made and apology given , this last time. 3 orders, 3mistakes. A phone call made and we were asked not 'What is the problem?" But " What are we complaining about now?" We have decided to take our business elsewhere. This is something that would never have happened a few years ago but obviously their success has had an impact on the level of service they now give."
