"The food was average and somewhat flavorless. We ordered the Tulsi version of lamb biryani and the mixed vegetable curry. Perhaps this is the best Indian place for Bern. Otherwise I am not sure how it got stars. The menu is solely in German...with no English translation (being in a German speaking country I have no issue with this, but wanted other readers to be prepared). Also the wait staff could not really be bothered with us because we spoke English. One or two of them spoke English, but they gave off the impression that we were annoying them because we spoke English."

"Only three dishes are vegan. the restaurant is not (yes) oriented to vegan customers, the service staff are not good to give information. we tried the channa masala and the herbal curry. eating was good, but nothing special. for lunch there is not a vegan menu every day."

"Great for Muslim especially Malaysian looking for Halal Essen in Bern. We ate chicken briyani and naan, which was very good. The restaurant is spacious and suitable for large family. There is toilet (free) that was convenient. The owner was very kind to let us stay for us after the closing time to get our car. We also received a very nice treatment of mango leti before the farewell. I recommend this place for all Muslim tourists."
