"Takeaway ordered on Saturday 10th at 5:45..food did not arrive until 8:45..1 item (Chicken Tikka Massala)was missing and 1 item spilt (Paneer curry) with an extra rice given to make up for the delay. Called to complain resturant very apologetic and offered a refund. No refund was given after 1 week and counting with two follow up emails ignored. The food that did arrive/in one piece was ok however was a starter, bread and rice between 2 so not really a proper meal. Very let down with the lack of follow up and will not be using again im afraid."

"Overall experience was simply fantastic. Because of obvious reasons, friendly service, unique tasty food! Everything went well from the time we came in till the end when we promised to come back, and I simply can't wait to! I guess, the highlight was the fact that the explained everything. "Had blown in and had taken off from bombay west bridgford. eating is good, but very rich. the menu is good for identifying vegan foods, but not other intolerances, for that they need to talk to someone to check if a dish contains gluten for example. take away was available quickly and after ordering for pickup during the lockdown. we were part of a big party in the januar and the service had not been as good as possible, do not eat at the same time, misses orders etc. 4 instead of 5 stars. it is more expensive than other places and although well not worth the increase of the price tag. I'd like to order again, but it's not somewhere where they go for money. the menu is also a little difficult to navigate when they use a smartphone, especially if they want to change from delivery to collection"

"Our first time visiting this restaurant last night and we was not disappointed. The service was spot on , nice , polite and helpful even offered to take our family photo downstairs for us. The food was phenomenal , wish I'd got some photos as it looked as good as it tasted. Can't wait to come back again and we will recommend it to everyone."
