"The restaurant was not aware of our open table booking. this was only clear when I telephoned the restaurant in advance to ensure that they could add an additional space. the service and eating were very bad. it took 3 hours for 3 courses. other people went due to the waiting period and/or the quality of the food. even the bill was wrong, we were submitted for 3 additional diners and had to ask the pay. no experience we will repeat in haste!"
