"Visited last night for the second time but won't be returning again. I ordered the same sirloin steak as my friend however mine was incredibly fatty and chewy. I informed the waiter as he took away my plate of fat but no real apology offered, no offer of a replacement, or discount. I told another waiter who also did nothing to rectify my complaint. Why should I pay £25 for a mostly inedible steak? Terrible customer service, not good enough."
