"Their speciality is of course indonesian food but because it is a bar, they are serving as so many kind of drinks as well. My favorite foods are mie ayam (indonesian popular chicken noodle, every indonesian love it so much i guess) and bakwan jagung (a deep fried corn pancake). The resto is not too spacious, maybe only fit up to 15 ppl.... sometimes that hav limited food to serve during the day so you hav to make sure whether the food in the menu still available or not. The owner is an indonesian man, been living in Japan for more than 20 years such a nice guy to meet. For the price, maybe it is lil bit pricey for a small amount portion but it is okay cos i have been craving for indonesian food for ages"

"Small place (3 tables, no staff), you are made great by the nice owner who cook the delicious meals themselves. We had the lasagna and the burgers, along with local organic beers that were all great. Special mention of good music in the background."

"While we arrived during the last hour of its opening hours and most things were sold out, we had a good time and the food was very tasty. Staff was very nice and welcoming. It took some time for the food to arrive, but it was worth it."

"Staff was rather indifferent of us. That's fine. But the food; I had the spicy noodles, 540 for something small that I've had better instant noodles of. Wasn't bad per say, simply disappointing and not worth it. My companions, however, had it worse. They paid good money for again the same taste or worse what one might find in a supermarket and the amount was so small that we left hungry. Thing was, we ordered two of the same and only one came. When we raised this as an issue, they claimed it was all in the same pan. This was so little that it was barely enough for one. The dish cost 1600¥, so it's both expensive and not enough, no matter how you spin it."

"My fiancè and I visited this amazement twice during our stay in Kyoto and everything we had was tasteful. Only cash, resonance prices and English menu provided to help order food. First visit we ate their 3,000 yen meal for two people with a taste of their popular dishes, the second time that we distracted and ate other varieties from the menu such as Kimchi, miso soup and various varieties of okonomiyaki. I drank 300ml local Kyoto sake both times and really enjoyed it with my meal. They also serve deserts here, the desert menu hangs on the walls around the Restaraunt. If you enjoy the taste of Matcha, I recomend her green tea ice cream that comes covered with 4 pieces Matcha ice cream with Matcha powder, it was Matcha sky! While we saw other tourists and other couples eating here, the Japanese speaking. The staff is friendly and attentive to all customers."

"One of my favorite restaurants I was a while. This is one of the most delicious meals I had for a long time. The wagyu beef and garlic shrimp and garlic rice were incredible! Try to talk to the staff because they are so friendly and friendly. Very recommended and will go back when in Kyoto! Thanks to these guys, they made our trip even better!"

"Loved this cute restaurant. It's very cozy and the food is fantastic (and freshly made! . That, paired with the whole atmosphere made us come back even though we only stayed a couple of days in Kyoto. The owners are so so friendly as well. I'm not vegetarian or vegan but still very much enjoyed the food."

"We came for the fluffy pancakes and WOW they were delicious! Perfect texture, very fluffy and aesthetic. That was the only pancake place we tried in Japan, so I'm not sure how it compares with the others, but we were very happy with what we got. I'd come back if I could."
