"We have tried Denny's in the US and it wasn't really impressive...We tried the one in Uptown Mall and we were not too happy with our dining experience. There were winner items and there were disappointing ones too..Nachos and fried mozzarella were good appetizers and we thought that dinner would be promising. The Filipino tapa breakfast was okay. A niece said the porkchops were yummy. The pancakes were American style - huge, round, but the batter is almost like bread! We expected a fluffy and light one. The hash browns were not the usual ones. They looked more like fritters. Bacon was crispy and delightful. The Chicken philly steak sandwich was yummy. Though it seemed that it still needed more filling to it. Perhaps more chicken and vegetables. Sandwiches like this are usually bursting with ingredients. The Cheeseburger we ordered took forever to serve! Almost everyone at the dinner table was done with their food till after numerous follow-ups that the cheeseburger arrived. Size was huge too! Be ready to pay an average of P600 per head when you dine here.Best to come when no one else is here. When the restaurant gets full, service and kitchen suffer."

"I love Tapa Prince and their chocolate cake. I didn't see this place crowded though. Tapa King is no longer the first choice for a Filipino breakfast. Kanto Freestyle in the same neighborhood has attracted most of the people. This joint may just be alive because of its motorcycle delivery service ... just what we need when we're hiding in the office during a severe storm."

"Visited this place months ago. We ordered good for 2 group meal for P550. I had the Burger Steak and my boyfriend had the Beef strips. 2 soups and drinks are included. I love the garlic salt. The steak is very aromatic and tasty. My bf was likes his meal as well. Beef was soft and peppery. Nothing special with the corn and egg drop soup as expected for "combo meal" like this."

"It would be impossible to check waffos without comparing it with his direct competitor, famous belgian waffles, and I say that waffos comes up. the most remarkable thing they first notice is of course price, waffos is 2-3x more expensive, but I feel like it justifies that because I get 2-3x more waffel. it is much bigger and thicker than the other, and above all, that this crispy outside I look for in a Belgian waffel. if you waffel is not crispy, this is just a well-made pancake, that is a legitimate waffel. this is something that can be good for two while the other is definitiw for one. that are two versions of the same thing and I...read more"

"Nothing special. Long waiting time, relatively expensive food for the price. We wasted 900 for 3 people and nobody seemed happy.<br>

"When I have my staycation at a hotel nearby, I always want it to be relaxing and comfortable. And Pancake House is without a doubt my place to chow on some comfort-food. This branch is actually walking distance to the hotel I staycation at. For years, especially in my young childhood ones, many a times my family went to eat at Pancake House. It may have been for any random reason, or even no reason at all, my mom just took us there, and it was always a wonderful experience. Eating at Pancake House brings back those wonderful memories. "It's my first time to try their Pork Belly today and I was a bit disappointed. First, the serving was too small and had lots of fat part in it. It was cooked tender and the outside had just the right (fried) texture. It didn't feel oily but the one I got had a thick part of fat. I guess it was "balanced" after all. Haha. My plate included corn and carrots, mashed potatoes and gravy. The gravy was a bit okay but it would be really good if it had more flavor in it. Also, I hope they could add an option to change the mashed potatoes side with plain rice.<br>

I also ordered their Vanilla Milkshake which was another disappointment. I was expecting that it was sweet, heavy and thick. It tasted like milk was just blended with whipped cream. It was thick at first but it loses its texture halfway. I only got to taste milk when I was almost done."
