"First visit to a Big Biscuit and was disappointed. My husband ordered the veggie omelet with hashbrowns and biscuit. He said the biscuit was really good. The rest, so so. I ordered pancakes with eggs scrambled well and dry and hashbrowns crispy. The pancakes were good. My eggs were wet and underdone and the hashbrowns were white, not brown and crispy. I sent the eggs l back and the waitress brought eggs back and said, there you go, dry eggs Less wet is not well and dry. Could not eat them.We won't be going back."

"Apple pies were super old dated as "use best by 3:59pm and it 's 11:36pm and they were stuck together and hard...just down right not edible and disgusting!!! I usually don 't have many problems from here but these last few times have been horrible with either missing food items or selling me and my babies old nasty food!!!!"

"It is a wonderful location and wonderful atmosphere. the personal is warm and funny - they are dressed at halloween 2021. they were very helpful in choosing what to eat. my wife and I had never had Dutch food and were lost, but the staff was excellent. many great options for vegans (I recommend tofu kapsalon), but also options for their non-vegan friends and family that could balk at a vegan-only location. that is my restaurant when I am in springfield since my first visit. critique: they should really mark the vegetarian options. they have tons, but they only mark vegan. they have some dishes that never work as a vegan, but several others that could be easy if they used a single substitution, such as vegan ices. it would be weaker to make this available, but they did not. I expect management/owners to listen if suggestions were made."

"Fantastic food, location and environment. The place really was great, made me remember going to my friend's house who was half Korean. His mom was always nice and made us spicy bulgogi, this place had that same home style cooking. Can't wait to go back."

"You absolutely have to try this hidden gem! The food is handcrafted, authentic Chinese fare, made with obvious care! The service was top notch, better than most of the fine dining establishments I've frequented. Prices were shockingly low for such amazing, quality dishes. Chopstix is definitely Springfield's best kept secret!"

"I was ready to negotiate with the waitress for a vegan dish after reading the previous reviews, but I was happy to discover a few vegan dishes on the menu. I had the vegan breakfast dishes with vegan sausage and potatoes. there was also a vegan burrito on the menu. I also had mandelmilch as a creamer for my coffee. my non-vegan companion also decided to order vegan sausages. it was incredibly delicious. there was a wait, but I loved her online system. they could see how far they were on the list at any time, and they wrote them when their table was available. the personal was incredibly friendly. a great experience."

"Incredibly nice staff and comfortable place to hang out. They let me sit and study more often than not and when it was due time for a rush, were polite in communicating the need for the space I was using (as I spread out pretty heftily). When there were creepy men around they would watch over me and help keep me safe and helped me feel safe each time I was there. They were always on top of checking each table if they needed anything and were always aware of the needs of their customers. Their food is jncredible and their drink selection is vast. I love the outside area with the tables holding glass rocks on top of the fire pits and the music selection is ON POINT. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful spot to spend my time alone and so grateful to not have felt alone while there. I didn't need alcohol to feel welcome which is such a rarity in any given place. I love these guys and will always recommend Gateway Grill. (The points system they have is absolutely worth it, too, even if you don't visit often)"
