"I eat at Minias all the time! The food is always delicious. The Juevos Racheros and Choripan have the best sauces and the freshest ingredients. I also love their empanadas and passion fruit juice. I highly reccomend this place for the quality food, the friendly employees, and the amazing drinks."

"I chose this place because I spoke to them and they assured me they only cook with oil and without butter. Dairy/gluten intolerances are respected (they have GF bread vegan butter!? It was a fun basic breakfast place that had the things on the menu that you could remember when you were small. Large children's menu too. I ordered the village of Omelet. Wasn't a fan of the taste of ham, but I don't think so about her. I'd go back the next time I'm in the area."

"First of all, I’d like to appreciate that Bisquits has a few excellent vegan options on the menu. I’m very appreciative of that and it’s why my family decided to come to this restaurant instead of iHop or another breakfast diner. Biscuits stands out because of its inclusivity.Unfortunately they said they didn’t have the vegan sausage for my parents’ burrito that they were gonna share. It was hard to understand but I couldn’t tell if they were out of it or if they just stopped carrying it. If it’s the latter, keep the vegan burrito but take the sausage out of the description on the menu.The reason I think it might be the latter is because the menu said that the vegan breakfast scramble which I ordered comes with vegan sour cream—it didn’t. My meal was delivered with cow’s milk dairy (confirmed by the server) which, as an ethical vegan, was frustrating. If the restaurant doesn’t carry vegan sour cream, then don’t include it on the menu and, worse, serve a vegan dairy sour cream.I’d like to reiterate that I am grateful there was even an option and I will say that the scramble was soooo good. I just would love if Bisquits took care of the fine details."

"This place has 11 people within 7 minutes during the busy hours! The waiting staff was amazing because we had 6 children!! We ordered eleven. Get the order less than 11 minutes and everything was perfect! Thanks to Biscuits Cafe that you are able to accommodate us, even while you serve our children first to keep them occupied."
