"We were in Lubbock and it started to snow. We thought it was a fast bite and they shut down, but took our mission and let us eat inside. They were all very nice and service and atmosphere was overwhelming. Cleanest remnant I've seen for a long time!!"

"I ordered online and headed up to the restaurant. I arrived and waited a while at the speaker for someone to talk to me. I told them my name and that I had an online order. I was told to pull up to the window. Pulled up, sat at the window with noone coming to it for 7 minutes, then he comes and asked what the name was on the order so I told him again. He walked away. Noone else was in the line so they weren't busy and the inside had no customers. I sat there waiting for 22 more minutes. My french fries were cold and burned. My tea tasted rotted, chicken nuggets were hard and dry and my order ended up being incorrect.This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I will not be going back.I surely hope and pray they can get some employees and managers that want to work and understand what customer service is.God bless"

"Pulled up to the drive thru behind one other car and NOBODY in the parking lot. They made the 1st car wait 5 minutes before taking their order, and then told me they would be right with me and after 10 minutes of waiting I became angry and drove off and went to Taco Bell instead!! That was about 4:15pm today!!"

"I really do love whataburger. This particular one has gone down bad. Can't seem to get the food cooked. Same with the burgers I order well because I have learned with this location(shouldn't have to) and they still come pink and way undercooked. Thismorning I had to cook my sausage that was on my bob. Nothing more frustrating than having to come home and cook the food thatyou picked up from a drive so you wouldn't have have to cook lol. I am glad they got new drive thru help. She was really nice.But come on whataburger on 4th do better cooks. Morning and night always with the undercooked food man you are going to makesomeone really sick! Undercooked pork is a NO NO. We frequent alot and we get undercooked/raw food way more than we should ????3 star is based on service alone she was nice a older Hispanic woman. I wish I would have got her name. 6:45 am thank you ma'amfor being kind."
