"Solid four but could have been a five if spices on fried rice were not so pepper heavy. Hubby tried to add more salt but I frowned upon that. Huevos Rancheros was delicious and server, Daniela, was the sweetest ever! Skip the Mexican mocha, it wasn't so great, coffee is on the bitter side if you like it that way. Tables are appropriately spread out and noise level was what we expected for a cafe. I'd come back for sure! Especially if Daniela is our server!"

"Our reservation for 10 was lost when we arrived. Our group was still sitting on a big table for 10 and when the waitress came, we were told that the restaurant was supplied with only 2 chefs for our food to be delayed. We were also told that a number of employees did not appear to work. Service as a whole was bad and our waitress was crisp at times when we ordered and published. I ordered Cesar Salat and it was the worst Cesar Salat I ever had. Basically it was romaine lettuce with some croutons. The dressing tasted like a fishy, watery mayonnaise. There were neither parmesan nor other cheeses. I paid extra for chickens under season and the part was small. I will not return to this Shilo restaurant for dinner or other meals in the future."
