A chacun de mes futurs séjours à Aurillac. ...je compte sur florian pour me faire découvrir toute ce patrimoine en vins que nous possédons et dont nous ignorons souvent les saveurs.L'art et la Matière : bien plus qu'une adresse. ....un moment de bonheur !"

"Invités par des amis dans cette auberge ,nous nous trouvons à notre arrivée pris dans une ambiance festive d'un repas organisé par des sapeurs pompiers d' Aurillac.Le patron nous salue et nous installe au fond du restaurant ou nous prenons notre apéritif tout en profitant des chants des autres convives.Les critiques sur ce site faisant état de nuisances doivent faire la différence entre restaurant et auberge .La serveuse très souriante et attentionnée a assuré son service parfaitement et le patron s' est affairé à la cuisine avec professionnalisme pour nous mitonner une viande rouge cuite à la perfection accompagnée de truffade - salade et frites maison.Nous avons ainsi apprécié entrecôtes et pavé de boeuf avant de passer au dessert maison tout aussi délicieux et que je recommande ( le tiramisu ) - la note est tout à fait raisonnable et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette soirée et de son ambiance ."

"Very good stay with heated indoor swimming pool. Good welcome. Great lunch. Affordable price. The only downside is the switches in the corridors, which are impractical to replace with presence detectors. Double doors in upstairs hallways are unnecessary. However, I really liked the hotel and its location, I will come back Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5"
