"I went twice during my stay at the hotel and the first night was mediocre at best. The price of my meal compared to what I got, I got the spaghetti. But the second night I got a pizza with the table d’hôte and it was amazing. My entire meal was good. So I guess you have to be careful and choose the right thing ?I would definitely recommend but only if you choose something worth it ?? so I guess it’s trial and error."

"Recently ,my husband and I had dinner at what was advertised as a Steak house the dining room of l HOTEL BAIE ST PAUL . We are an elderly couple that as travelled a good part of the world .this place would qualify in our book as the worst place we have ever been .I returned what was suppose to be slice of roastbeef it was a slice of steak well done,cooked in the pan covered with a lot of brown sauce with a flowery taste of flour .I asked for a Cesar salad I was given a small bowl of iceberg salad covered with something like a ranch sauce, stayed in my plate it did not look to fresh M husband ordered chicken it must have been reheated a couple of time before it was served etc We walked out with a high bill so I suggest you try another place ,a lot of decent places in the area or get yourself something at the grocery store you will not be as frustrated as we were"

"Limited experience with smoked meat restaurants, but the best that I have had to date. I thought the smoked meat club sandwich was exceptional and could have that again and again. If you have never had smoked meat sandwiches, it will remind you of a pastrami sandwich."

"We had a wonderful time at Le Bercail. The service is great and so is the food! The pizzas are cooked in a wood oven and it's absolutely delicious! The cocktails are great! They have a great selection of local beers and wines. However we ordered Le Québécois on three different occasions on the same night and it did not taste the same at all on each occasion. It even went from a yellowish color to a greenish color to literally red depending on who was making it. Thing is, they were actually all very good. But still there was no consistency in the cocktail making. We did still have a great experience, the couches are comfortable and so are the bar seats. They also have regular tables (and a cute little section in the cellar) for eating comfortably."
