"Fresh food friendly and professional service! I had lunch with an employee and the food was fresh, my food was made to order, my order was right, and the staff and managers were very friendly. The staff was also attentive, and the dinning room was very clean to the Soda and Condiment area, which is impressive because it usually messy. Another plus is their sauce to help you yourself, and they are not sticking with the sauce or charging extra. I have to say that I have to hand over this Arby, because management and personnel do it right! Belton is happy to keep the good work, the best Arbys in Central Texas!!!!"

"Very bad experience. All of the staff were unprofessional and slow to get orders out. The chicken came out cold, the rolls were not fresh or buttered, I waited almost 40 minutes for my food, the soda was gross and flat, there was no ice, the potatoes were clumpy and cold, I asked for spicy chicken tenders and had to go back up to the counter for the seasoning, and one customer said her croutons to the salad was expired and the cheese was clumped together. I will never come here again, very bad service and food. Not worth the time or money. And I hope they get new workers and management. And to the owner who keeps commenting on all the posts. We don't want you to make it up to us by offering a way to draw us back in and not change anything. We need the food and service to be better."

"I love JJ and i usually get them for lunch and they're always great. I got my lunch today (delivered) and it smells like cigarettes. I know you can't control what your drivers do but i would ask them not to smoke or use a vehicle that doesn't smell like cigarettes. "This is my favorite place for BBQ in the KC area! The food is delicious, the portions generous (I always have a meal to take home with me) and the service excellent. If you have not visited this from the beaten path, you should make it a point to check it. You will not be disappointed!"

"Sante Fe chicken was excellent! Also the chicken fried chicken is one of the best I?ve ever had. Food always comes out quick and piping hot. Much more the just a BBQ place. Something for everyone."

"Slowly turning into my goto spot! If I were to rate this place on a single visit it would 5 stars hands down. There daily specials are legit! Jalapeno Poppers are some of the best I have ever had! The portions are great and and taste is outstanding. Cons: Taco tuesday was a huge letdown. I know it's only $1 tacos and they serve al lot, however, I would happily pay $2 for a real steak taco that actually has some flavor. PROS: There steak special (Thursday I think) had to be the best price for what you are getting. Well flavored and very decent price for $12. Plenty of beer choices. I love there plastic cups and even took a few home since they were so cool. $7.50 pitcher special on monday is a great value. I really love my experience so far and I look foward to many more visits."
