"Usually think this place is great but last week our burger bun was frozen solid, as we couldn’t really eat it the waitress apologised and offered us a dessert instead, but we’re charged for both when we got the bill. Also the men’s toilets were absolutely filthy disappointing"

"One of my favorite days to day places. they seem to have met all the right notes. it is located directly on the outskirts of bury st edmunds, making it easily accessible with many free parkings (which is almost unheard of these days.) the decor is rustic and magical, with a series of local art on the display. an excellent selection of delicious baked goods on the display, enough to salivate everyone instantly, and also for those with food allergies/interlorances. bursche st edmunds is filled with many moderate restaurant/café chains, and this independante caffe gives them all. great job!"

"I had breakfast in pilgrims kitchen. roasted cheese sandwich. it came with a few simple scratches, coleslaw and some salate. I had hot water to wash off my breakfast. beautiful environment. clean. friendly staff. it followed a social distance. toilet only one. the rest was closed. there were places outside for customers to have their meal. the price was reasonable. well worth an breakfast."

"I am extremely happy that I gave this place a try. The falafel on ciabatta was delicious as well as the sweet potato waffles with black beans (portion was a bit small though). Love the separate vegan menu. I would come back. 4 stars because staff wasn't the friendliest!"
