"We walked in and there was only one other customer, but it took 5 minutes for someone to take our order. We got three bagels with cream cheese and it took over 10 minutes for the our order to be made. Our plain bagels with cream cheese tasted like onion, and other spices. The must use the same knives for everything and not wash them. Really disappointed :"
