"Never thought I 'd see the day. I am not usually one to dine in a pub or bar. I 'm a bit germaphobic and I don 't usually associate bars with being clean and safe dining experiences.<br/ <br/ However, over the years, people have been telling me that Sam 's has great food. I wouldn 't eat there...but was convinced earlier this month to go with my BF and two of our friends to Sam 's for a late lunch.<br/ <br/ I was not disappointed. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. I had the prime rib sandwich with fries. It was good.... They should call their sandwich 'The steak that you wish you got at Outback on a bun '. The steak was great and was more meat than I ever thought I would get on a sandwich, especially for the price. That with a beer was a great Saturday afternoon treat. <br/ It was pub food at it 's finest. When I heard all about the lunch specials during the week, I knew that I would be dining there again soon. If I could only remember which day they had the Chicken and Dumplings special..... :"
