"Here are several times that I go to Marie Blachère's place to buy bread...and I go back without buying anything. Indeed the operating mode is very special (and specific to Marie Blachère Château-Thierry): you queue to be served, you are served... and you redo the queue to pay because the person who serves you is not the same as the one who cashes!!! Worse: at lunch time, they serve as a priority those who want sandwiches and those who want only bread must wait even if they have been there for longer. Result : you sometimes need 10 minutes to buy a baguette! This is unbearable!! What to say also about the operation that consists of putting only one employee to serve and cash while there are 7-8 customers waiting, and seeing another employee storing chocolate bread or other cake, without any urgency to do this... without taking care of the customers who are waiting! This mode of operation is really unacceptable because as a customer, we feel that we are transparent, non-existent...bref, the customer is certainly not their priority!"
