"Nice wee cafe in sumner,outside area with shade sail. Not a huge range of cabinet food. I had a vienna coffee which was ok. My daughter had a slice and milkshake which she enjoyed. My bestie had a spinach muffin (delish) and a tasty tropical smoothie."

"We had a really nice meal here that more than met our expectations. All the staff were very nice and in particular the lovely lady from Macedonia. The only disappointment was that you couldn't get any appreciation of the view of the lake. Incredibly bright lighting inside, which the staff said could not be dimmed, ruined the ambiance as the decor was very nice. A simple dimmer switch would make a difference."

"I spent a week in Christchurch for work and ended up here twice because the food was quite possibly one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Get the platter, it is worth it. Those chips are something else, the perfect floof inside and crisp on the outside. I will be coming back if I find myself in Christchurch again. There is a nice atmosphere, I’m not an outside eater at all but I was comfortable enough the first night with the heaters and we ended up with a table inside the second night. The service was great, wines were flowing and food was served quickly. Yum, thanks O.G.B you are a fond memory now."
