"Bad reviews at completely false. I've never been mistreated here or even served in any less capacity than anyone else. Servers are really polite and even like to shoot the bull with you when they aren't swamped. Some of the employees are a little slow in terms of building the sandwich but they like to get it right. Do not let these negative reviews deter you the service is fine, it's very clean often mopped when I walk in, clean restrooms. Try it before you judge."

"Best Sandwich shop in the area. They have daily specials as well as walk in specials. Their Cali-Chop salad is THE best salad I've had and eat almost daily. The Double Decker sandwich is a beast and can feed for two lunches. Staff is friendly and deliver fast also. Highly recommend this place."

"The staff never wants to take orders, make food, or do their job in general. Even attempting to order food in the drive thru is apparently aggravating to them and met with bad attitudes and literal hostility. If hardees didn't have such good food I would never even think about coming here again. Clearly management/ownership don't care at all. It's really sad. Meal type: Dinner"
