"An excellent attention, they are super attentive, go to your table with a smile and explain the menu. I recommend Affogato and super rich vegetarian sandwich!! A fairly quiet place to be able to chat at ease and share with friends or family! It's not that hard to get there, it's right next to the school Benigno Malo. Recommended :"

"Had lunch with two friends and we were all very pleased with the service, the food, and the atmosphere here. Two of us had the club sandwich, which had a nice portion of chicken, bacon, tomato and lettuce served on toasted bread as a traditional three decker. We both agreed it was delicious. Our male companion had the heartier version which was a four decker with added cheese. All were served with potato chips. We shared a slice of key lime pie which was yummy. We all agreed we would be back to try the dessert crepes and coffee at a later date. The small, intimate cafe has outside and inside tables and original artwork. Prices were but the taste was . Highly recommend this cafe for a light lunch or a stop for dessert."

"REAL. BELGIAN. WAFFLES. There is nowhere in Ecuador I have had a better waffle than than Cafe Cidap! If you like your waffles light and crispy, and if you like to add REAL ice cream or fruit and perhaps choose one of 5 syrups (price is 1.50 to $2.50 depending on add-ons), and chase it with a $1 espresso, then this is your place! It's location is tricky, so I call it the best kept snack secret in Cuenca, but they also make fresh Panini sandwiches, and they serve Belgian beer! You can find it by going down the stairs from Calle Larga near Goza at Hermano Miguel, then make a button-hook right immediately off the walking path, and you will find it tucked back to the left of the Museum."
