"We rented one of the Cabin suites for one night. The lady who checked us in was so incredibly friendly and helpful in giving us a detailed run down of the road closures entering Yosemite. The room was fine. The Shower is very small in size short, the shower head is probably at the 5'10 mark. Someone above 6' would have to bend down to utilize it. Water pressure heat was good though! Someone would consider the room outdated, but it's clean. I honestly don't mind the old feel, but I know some people are picky. All rooms have a tiny fridge, standard coffee pot and TV with a limited channel selection. Beds were very firm, it didn't bother me but my husbands back was killing him the next morning."

"The salmon and the cousin were really good. Since we had no reservation, we sat in the terrace, which was well heated on a cold rainy day. We enjoyed the Entrees we ordered and Desserts we were great. Good place for dinner if you stay in the Tenaya Lodge or on the way to Yosemite."

"Decent Mini Store in the lobby area of the hotel. Typical selection of coffees, snacks and drinks. The staff were nice, lobby area is nice and good place to sit for a while"

"Get the shortrib- super tender delicious. it was missing a little salt, but overall super good. was so pleasantly surprised by everything here! my expectations are generally low for hotel restaurants, but everything was solid. the diver scallops were surprisingly fried in batter (i don't think it said this on the menu), but delicious. the dumplings were probably my least favorite thing... the filling didn't have much flavor and the skin was a little chewy. otherwise, the service was excellent and it was super nice to sit on the patio with the fireplace."
