"We were in gatlinburg for an early break. we walked the strip and hungry. I wanted a little quick. I stepped into the chicken stable and wanted to get wings. I asked what was really good and unique. I was told I was supposed to get the chicken phillie. she described it, but I didn't really think it sounded like what I was looking for. we talked and I decided to get it recommended. it was far beyond what I expected. that he had a lot of taste and there was enough cheese to make me happy. it was unique. it was tasteful and it made for a fabulous lunch. I liked it so much that I went for another one the next day. sometimes you really need to trust what they recommend. I would never have ordered it."

"Visiting from Dublin, Ohio. Great meal service was tremendous starting with the hostess, the manager, who checked on people's service and our server was out of this world. Not only did she make our experience great. But she was helping guests with dietary needs and a table of deaf patrons. I worked for Wendy's for 30 years. Dave Thomas always said take care of the customer and you all did. Thanks so much for your southern hospitality!"

"Great BBQ!! Had the pork sandwich the first visit and brisket sandwich the next. The brisket just melted in your mouth. Best bbq I have had in this area. The owner was very nice and spent some time talking with us. Great family business. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"Five stars! All right! Great little restaurant with great food. The sandwich bread was AMAZING. We had fried chicken sandwiches and a peanut butter cookie (which was still warm I could add). They also had drinks and coffee. Very recommended for a quick bite to eat! It won't disappoint! The staff was also very friendly!"

"Like most, we spend a good chunk of the day at the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort Water Park. Naturally, frolicking in the water builds an appetite. The most convenient spot to grab a bite is Roaring Fork Snack Bar. What's nice is that you can roll up in your swim attire (shirts and toweled dry is socially encouraged) and have a bite. Their menu is small but does cover all the bases from child to adult. Some of the portions are pretty sizable too my salad was HUGE! And tasty, all the food was it really hit the spot and fueled us for another few hours. The staff is really the high point here. They are all so friendly and accommodating, not to mention quick and wonderful cooks! Whether you're an owner at Westgate, or just a visitor, they treat you like family. If you have kids who love pools then I highly recommend spending the day at the water park and eating at Roaring Fork. It makes for a fun filled, full bellies time!"

"Not a ton of vegan options, but it was a nice place to eat while visiting Gatlinburg. It was a $3 charge to upgrade to the Beyond Burger. No cheese substitutes, but it was a decent burger! The live music was wonderful and made the meal and price worth it."
