"I was amazed that I was not told about here. for the first time and was happy about the amount of serving and eating. it was fantastic to take a star because the dame from the theke had no idea what I recommend or help me with my order, told me a customer after I had already paid for that I combo suppe and sandwich it would have been cheaper as the portions are great enough as humwell it was good, regardless of that I can not wait to bring my mom here "

"First time here...it's family picnic style seating. That's not what I expected. They did not have cornbread, which I thought was weird for a BBQ place. They had sliced regular white or wheat bread. It's not a great choice in the bread dept. A lot of people don't eat bread these days, but if you're expecting to get dinner rolls or cornbread, this isn't the place. Just my rant. Otherwise, the food was pretty good. The meat was delicious and a little messy as BBQ is expected to be. Would definitely go back for that. The Cole slaw was ok. The cream corn was pretty good. I really liked the banana pudding, if only it had more than one slice of banana in it . The atmosphere was nice and pretty quiet. A lot of families dining together. I would go back and would recommend this place if you're ok with picnicking in the city. I would take my family there or dine with friends. Hope this helps you out and enjoy if you go. Kid-friendliness: Family style dining so picnic tables to keep the kids at the table. I don't think they had French fries and no nuggets on their menu, just FYI (for those picky eaters)."

"We always stop overnight at Cracker Barrel when we are traveling in our RV and we SO appreciate you letting us stay! We eat breakfast before we leave and we had Val at your location. She was so awesome! Very friendly and just an overall great waitress! We had a lovely conversation with Candace when she came around to check on us also. So nice! Excellent location. "One of the best fast food restaurants I've ever been to! All the employees were super friendly to me and to each other giving each other compliments telling each other they're doing fantastic taking care of everybody together! The facility and the bathrooms were super clean! Omar, Annabelle, Alexis, Anton, and Shea are absolutely amazing!"

"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. This location is disgusting in hygiene and has a lack of general food service knowledge and it has been this way for the past 3 years. We stopped going here until we were craving it one day and noticed new people working,hoping that made a difference. My boyfriend orders a cheesesteak with pepperoni and mushrooms. We get home to realize they putNO MEAT on the sandwich and gave him a pepperoni and mushroom sandwich. Is this a joke? He had to drive back and ask for it becorrected and the workers gave him an attitude. Recent incident number 2. I was craving a sandwich and since we have no othersandwich place down in Goodyear I went here. While making my sandwich, the woman working the front who is always there had thenerve to put the dirty brown rag she is using to clean the surfaces, with no surface cleaner by the way just a wet dirty ragsmearing dirt around, ON MY SANDWICH. Left it on there to try and ring me up at the register, went back, took it off andproceeded to put toppings on! I am mind blown and should report them. I had to ASK her to give me a new sandwich. At this pointI should have walked out, but I am too nice unfortunately. She does this, with an attitude. I get home and it still tastes likechemicals, I almost throw up. Safe to say this location has ruined Jersey Mike's for me entirely as it now triggers my gagreflexes. As a Jersey Native who lived 5 min from the original location in Point Pleasant, I am SEVERELY disappointed,disgusted and am slowly losing faith in humanity in the food service world. Save your time and money!"
