"I visited this cafe for the first time at the weekend, I had a crepe and the vegetarian wrap and it was delicious, it's located on one of the most pictured streets in Ireland so I had to stop and try the food, the cafe was very busy but the waiters there still seemed very capable and offered me service with a smile. I think Edward was the name of the spanish manager, nice guy!"

"We had a delicious lunch. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The view of the port was so peaceful. We ate inside, but there were also available outside the restaurant. I had Ciabatta sandwich and it was perfect. And the food was nice and appealing, as delivered. My husband had Lammeintopf and he inhaled it."

"We arrived into Kinsale late on a Saturday evening, with no real idea of where to go for dinner. We happened upon this busy bistro and were welcomed in by a very warm and accommodating duty manager and staff. A table was found for us and our orders were taken without haste. After a highly recommendable fish ‘n’ chips and beer, another table was found for us so that we could enjoy the evening’s musical entertainment, Crazy Chester. A very enjoyable evening all round."

"Some people like their meat medium or rare as I do and it can be a bit hit and miss, when i ordered my Lamb Rump with Lyonnaise potatoes I asked for it to be a nice and pink, the waiter took my order and...then returned, asking how pink as the chef had asked for a little more information. When the dish was served it was excellent the whole meal was fresh and tasty the Lamb just perfect and the veg crisp and plentiful, great Jus as well which brought it all together."

"Gone downhill a lot, haven't been here in maybe 4 years, not a patch on what it wasI had the spring roll starter it was poor, I can honestly say a frozen Aldi one would have been better just band only fur the dipping sauce it would have had no flavor at allFor main I had the seafood gratinIt was similar in the fact it lacked flavor, it was very under seasoned.And also was more like a soup than a gratin there was so much sauce.I had the cheese board to finish expensive at €9.50 especially when the grapes on it were well past their bestOverall very disappointing"

"In disbelief of all of the good reviews here. Room has no air conditioning, comforter is stained and staff misplaced my luggage. We were also a late night arrival and had to go back and forth through the bar to check in as they had no one at reception."
